"As you go into the Wolf Creek Church yard, there was once a road that went off to the left. A short way down the road was one Jones farm, where William Edward Jones (son of Isom) raised his family. Back across the mountain ridge toward Chechero from this house was the Isom Jones place, known in my childhood as the Uncle John Roland place. After Isom's death, his wife Licena lived there with her youngest son John Roland and his wife." p. 22719
