A message announcing the death of Mrs. Susan Hansen, of Chicago, was received Saturday evening by her son, John Hansen, of this city.
Susan Feltes was born in Menster, Luxemburg, on May 21, 1842. When a child of three years of age she came to America with her father and mother, who settled on a farm west of Dacada.
When a young lady she was joined in matrimony at the St. Peter's Church at Chicago to August Hansen with whom she again made her home at Dacada and who preceded her in death sixteen years ago. She resided at Dacada until last winter when her health began to fail and she went to make her home with Mrs. Mary Fischer , at 1235 Winnemac avenue, Chicago, where she passed away in death at 7:15 o'clock Saturday morning. The remains arrived here Monday morning on No. 3 over the C. M. & St. P .....(rest is missing)
