DIED: June 15, 1922 at Eetchiten Brothers Hospital, Chicago, Illinois. 12 15 Age: 63 years and 11 months. 15 Note: Online records end at 1920 so I do not have his burial record from St. Nicholas Church. BURIED: St. Nicholas Cemetery, Dacada, Wisconsin.
